Scott firmly believes that when you perform better then you train harder and more efficiently and only then you can really get the most of every session and see the amazing results that personal training can bring.

Scott has obtained his diploma in Functional Sports Performance and Therapy and is currently working on his Diploma in Functional Trainer Expert at Faster Fitness and his only goal is to get you to yours as fast as possible by being at the cutting edge of new techniques and training methods within the fitness industry.

Scott’s main area of expertise is sports performance. If you are an athlete looking to take your sporting performance to the next level then training with Scott is a must. Scott also has a great deal of experience in dealing with sporting injuries, as well as chronic pain. It is his belief that if the body functions properly then injuries such as knee pain, lower back pain, sprains, pulls and tears should not happen and to properly cure these ailments then you must look to the source of the injury and not just treat the symptoms. Injuries Scott has successfully dealt with include, Patellar Tendonitis, Sciatica, Bursitis, Lower Back Pain, Tennis and golfers elbow and rotator cuff injuries as well as shin splints.
