These are the 3 most important objectives when training a client.
Mark believes in the full package. You can come and train 7 days per week, twice per day and still not get the results you are looking for. That’s because you have another 154hrs to go and mess up all that good work. When you train with Mark you don’t just get a personal training session. Every week each client gets a body composition analysis to make sure you are on the right track; your calorie and nutritional requirements are calculated and incorporated to fit with your current eating habits and your results, progress & analysis are all emailed to you between sessions to prevent wasted time in the gym and to remind you to stay motivated between sessions.
All of which ensures you get the results you are looking for. And results are all that matters.
Mark has experience in training people of all ages, at all levels & with a huge variety of goals. He has coached clients in 3 continents and has achieved amazing results across the board.
Mark himself was once a geeky and ultra skinny teenager, but during his years at university a poor lifestyle led to him becoming overweight. By the end of his student days he was classed as clinically obese and was carrying 27% body fat (22% is considered obsess for a male).
But within 12 weeks, Mark had completely overhauled his lifestyle and in the process reduced his body fat to 15%. Over the following three months, he further reduced his body fat to 12% and then, four months later the figure became 10%. And all this whilst working full time as a professional Architect.
Mark has switched professions as he believes he can make a greater contribution through physical fitness and after years of designing multimillion pound structures he now wants to help you re-design your body to meet the specifications you desire.
