We are in the process of reviewing the timetable of classes for the future and will be looking for input from members as to the type of classes we put on as well as the scheduling of those classes.
We are hoping to provide a diverse selection of activities that will cover all bases when it comes to results, through fat loss, endurance, strength, flexibility and more generalized classes.
